Am I likely to have a hardware firewall?

A hardware firewall is a device to which you connect your computers or network in order to protect them from unauthorized access, and is mostly used by network groups. If you are connected using an office computer, there is a high probability a hardware firewall is in place. Routers and modems fall under this category. Ask your network administrator to configure ports 2147 and 443.
